Surface Logix is a drug development company which uses its expertise in biophysical chemistry to create new small molecule drugs with significantly improved pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) properties compared with class leaders.

By using its proprietary chemistry platform – the Pharmacomer™ Technology Platform –Surface Logix creates New Chemical Entities (NCEs) that respond dynamically to the various physiological microenvironments in the human body. By enhancing molecular functionality, Surface Logix is able to solve PK and PD problems not addressable with traditional medicinal chemistry practices.

Founded by Dr. George Whitesides (Harvard University), Surface Logix is building a deep pipeline of drug products primarily focused on cardiovascular disease, oncology and metabolic disorders. Surface Logix has assembled an experienced management team, strong financial resources and world class scientists to build a pipeline of drugs that address the challenges of human physiology and medical need.
