The strategy of Surface Logix, Inc. is to increase the value of its programs and platform technology through partnerships and independent development. The company intends to develop each program to a stage where selective partnerships will rapidly advance the asset value of programs to the benefit of both partners.

Surface Logix Inc. will partner with pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology companies depending on the program needs and the capabilities of potential partners.

The company is also seeking strategic collaborations with pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies to improve the pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic or toxicity profiles of late stage molecules.
